Important Wood Quality Guarantee Disclaimer
All purchased wood must be stacked off the ground and covered within 12 hours of delivery and/or before rain or snow. If the ground is wet, it is encouraged to put down a tarp on the dumpsite area. Water can immediately wick up from the grass or pavement and increase moisture content. Additional costs will be incurred for stacking if step and distance requirements are not met.
Your fire log should be split into 3-5 1”x2” sections to easily ignite with the use of kiln-dried kindling or starter logs to start a fire. Duraflame sells a nice size starter log that burns for 10-15 minutes that easily starts 1”x2” thick sections.
A small handheld blow torch can also be used to reduce kindling costs and make fire tending easier
