Oil Furnace / Boiler Flue Cleaning
During the winter months especially, oil-fired appliances are subject to long-running cycles. These extended run times produce oil soot that may then adhere to the sides of your chimney. Eventually, the soot will fall to the base of your masonry chimney or directly into the top of your oil-fired appliance.
This fallen soot build-up may restrict the flow of flue gases, which consist mostly of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor. Regular cleanings of your Oil Furnace or Boiler Flue Cleaning are in turn recommended to remove this soot.
