Stucco Application:
We thoroughly inspect and write a report onsite identifying any problems and aspects of your chimney with a video camera (level 2) before issuing any estimates. The process takes about 1-2 hours.
The report includes not only pictures of your chimney identifying the issues and how to fix them, it includes diagrams and illustrations of a chimney’s composition, to get a better understanding of how they work and how they are constructed. This service is $162. We credit you back the $162 toward any work that is completed with our company. If you have seen our reviews we have had great success resolving issues for our clients.
We do this to so we can warranty your chimney repairs.
Minor Repair:
Repair of all visual stucco cracks found on the exterior of the chimney. We will also seal the topmost section to protect from future water penetration.
Major Repair:
We will chip off and remove any loose stucco on the chimney. Install corner beads and wire mesh on the entire chimney using 1-2 Tapcon masonry screws every 8-10inches on the chimney. Apply a base coat of stucco material. After the base coat is cured, apply the finish coat which is dyed to match the current chimney color or new desired color as needed. Cannot guarantee a perfect match to an older chimney color but can come very close to matching. Painting the chimney after the finish coat is dry with elastomeric waterproofing paint is also an option for color match. All stucco chimneys require exterior waterproofing and crown coating with an annual inspection to maintain their 35-year warranty. Annual inspections cover waterproofing and crown coating regularly at no additional cost to the customer. The warranty covers both materials and labor making it the best warranty in the industry.
