We actually wrote the In-Home Sanitary Technique Protocol being used by the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA), which recommends masks, gloves, booties, sanitary workspace applications, and sanitary spray, if needed, for every cleaning or inspection. Beyond the general protective sanitary barrier, we also use multiple runners and drop cloths.

Should you decide to work with us, our team will oversee an inspection lasting 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. We will then provide you with a report detailing the specific needs. According to the CSIA, this will save you money, compared to a chimney cleaning, and it is also provides you a formal record of a chimney inspection being performed by a certified professional. An inspection is especially important for insurance purposes, home sales, and HOA requirements.
